Poly Mounting Instructions

Diagram Numbers
  • 1 - 1/4 x 15/32 Drive Rivet (Large Head)
  • 2 - 1/4 x 17/32 Drive Rivet (Small Head)
  • 3 - Poly Facing
  • 4 - Ridging Wing
 Assembly Instructions
  1. Lay Ridging Wing on firm surface
  2. Place Rivets #1 in bottom holes first
  3. Drive peg through rivet, flaring out back side.
  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for center two holes.
  5. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for holes closest to lip.
  6. Set wing upside down on a board.
  7. Place rivets #2 in lip holes.
  8. Repeat step 3.
